Julia Helen Farmer Roberts of Covington, passed away April 27, 2014 at Rockdale Medical Center. She was 93 years of age at the time of her death. Mrs. Roberts enjoyed quilting, eating out, Chick-Fil-A Ice Dreams, and going to the beauty shop. She was always on the move, and will be remembered as being very strong- willed, and strong-minded. But most of all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Alicia Roberts.
Survivors include her children, Anthony Roberts, Brenda L. Brown, Sandra J. Greene; 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Roberts will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, in Snellville. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, Tuesday April 29, from 1:00 – 9:00 P.M.
