Bryant Hedrick, age 45, of Covington, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019. As a veteran of the United States Army, Bryant served his country with immense pride and loyalty. He was a godly man who instilled in his daughters a love for Christ and a belief in core principles that aligned seamlessly with their faith. Bryant, though strong and stoic, had a deep capacity to love and an open heart. He was a hardworking provider and an impeccable role model who was inspired by his passion and love for family. Bryant's absence as a husband, father, son and brother will leave the world a dimmer place.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 20 years, Chrissee Hedrick; daughters, Leslee Hedrick, Brittnee Hedrick, Kaylee Hedrick; parents, Vergil and Leslie Hedrick of Conyers; sister, Caroline and Brad Chambers of Canton; brother, Casey and Ali Hedrick of Decatur; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for Bryant will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2019, 1:00 P.M., at Solid Rock Baptist Church, 8111 Brown Bridge Road, in Covington, with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington. Friends are invited to visit with Bryant's family at the church, prior to his service, from 11:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bryant's Cancer Care Fund at gofundme.com.
