Pauline Harvey of Covington, passed away September 4, 2014, at the age of 74. Mrs. Harvey faithfully attended the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, in Conyers, where she considered her church family like her own. She enjoyed painting, spending time with her family and cooking for them. Mrs. Harvey had a caring spirit and never met a stranger. She was adored, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Harvey; parents, James and Eunice (Shannon) Brown; and her sister, Betty Moon.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Mike Leonard of Conyers; sons and daughter-in-law, Wesley Harvey of Conyers, Edward and Tracy Harvey of Monroe, David Harvey of Covington; grandchildren, Christina Obert of Conyers, Edward Harvey, Jr., Anthony Harvey, both of Covington, Whitney Harvey of Monroe, Jennifer Mueller of Warner Robins; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye and T. Goodman of Social Circle, Hazel and Tommy Forester of Walnut Grove; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Harvey will be held Sunday, September 7, 2014, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Joe LaGuardia officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, September 6, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
