Gregory "Littleman" English Obituary

Gregory "Littleman" English, of Covington, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at the age of 39. Mr. English was always the life of the party - he loved to joke and cut up and enjoyed watching the Braves play. Nicknamed "Littleman" by his late grandmother, Betty, he had a big heart for his family. Mr. English enjoyed being with his family and was a great big brother who shared a special bond with his nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty and Marvin Carter.

 

Survivors include his mother, ­­Kelly Carter (David); sisters, Livya Salinas (Ramon), Jazmin Scott, Allyson Rogers; brothers, Luis Leon (Ashley), Alex Leon (Hillary), Esteban Leon (Kristyn), Zachary Leon, Justice Scott, Michael Carter (Cassie), Derek Haygood (Samantha); numerous nieces and nephews; and best friend, Lucas Pence.

 

A Funeral Service for Mr. English will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021, 1:30 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Patrick Harvey officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 2:00 – 8:00 P.M.

 

Governor Brian Kemp's latest executive order has eliminated restrictions on large gatherings; however, CDC guidelines recommend social distancing (6 feet apart) and wearing of masks while in public.  Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home requests that you observe these recommendations while in our funeral home attending visitations and/or services.
