Henry Scott Ashley, of Conyers, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the age of 24. Henry loved to go camping and fishing, especially at Hard Labor Creek, and in his younger days was a Boy Scout. He had a beautiful soul and enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. Henry was very thoughtful and respectful, and though he overcame a lot throughout his life, he remained happy and had the biggest heart and beautiful smile. But above all, spending time with his family, especially his son, Wade, is what he treasured most. Henry was preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Cochran.
Survivors include his wife, Kyla Ashley; son, Wade Ashley; parents, Olin and Jenny Ashley; sisters, Brittany Brown, Brittany Enriquez, Jan Thomas; brothers, David Pendleton, Mike Ashley, Scott Ashley, Jr.; grandparents, Judy and Jim Creech; mother and father-in-law, Sandra and Douglas Rushton; brothers-in-law, Cody Rushton, Logan Sear, Alex Howard; nieces and nephews, Chase Brown, Graclyn Brown, Clay Brown; as well numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for Saturday, February 26, 2022, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with __ officiating and interment will follow at later date. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, prior to his service, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M.
