Norma Cheek of Covington, passed away May 19, 2014, at the age of 77. Ms. Cheek was a social person who enjoyed spending time with her friends and going out to eat. In addition, she liked to watch TV. She will be loved and missed by her family and friends. Ms. Cheek was preceded in death by her son, Ralph Hersh.
Survivors include her children, Buddy and Christy Hersh, Denise Sweat, Lisa Mitchell, Bo and Heather Cheek; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her beloved Pekingese, Prissy II.
A Memorial Graveside Service for Ms. Cheek will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
