Anne Hobbs-Bradley of Monroe, passed away March 22, 2016, at the age of 74. Owner and CEO of Furniture Craftsmen, Inc. for 20 years, Mrs. Hobbs-Bradley enjoyed flower gardening She loved her bulldogs and the UGA Bulldogs. In addition to being a member of the Presbyterian Church, Mrs. Hobbs-Bradley was a member of Rose Garden Club in Atlanta, in existence since 1925, Rabun Gap Nacoochee Jr. Guild, Junior Committee of the Symphony in Atlanta, Executive Board of Home for Emotionally Disturbed Children, Northside Youth Organization, Pop Warner, and a life member of Henrietta Egleston Hospital Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glover Rudolph and Eva (Reynolds) Norris; brother and sister-in-law, Robert R. and Nita Norris.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald M. (Brad) Bradley, Jr. of Monroe; daughter, Jennifer Anne Hobbs Locke and husband, Shane, of Marietta; son, Phillip T. Hobbs of Monroe; grandchildren, Katherine Anne Locke, Ashley Hobbs, Benjamin Thomas Hobbs, Abigail Elaine Hobbs, Cece Locke; brother, Peter R. Vig of Dallas, TX; niece, Allison Norris Ridley, and nephew, Christopher Norris both of Lubbock, TX.
A Funeral Service for Mrs. Hobbs will be held Friday, March 25, 2016, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with entombment following in the Memory Chapel Mausoleum at Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for visitation Thursday, March 24, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Park Place Nursing & Rehab Facility, 1865 Bold Springs Rd., Monroe, GA 30656.
