Mary Lee Harrison of Tucker passed away July 19, 2016, at 89 years of age. Mrs. Harrison was a very strong-willed person who was always in full control of life. She enjoyed cooking, canning vegetables, sewing, playing bingo, and working in word search books. Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Harrison; parents, Leon and Bessie Pittman; sisters, Frances Bowen, Mildred Self, Beatrice Thomas; brothers, D.S. Pittman and James Pittman.
Survivors include her sister, Patricia Pittman of Stone Mountain; brother, Lloyd Pittman of Locust Grove; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for Mrs. Harrison will be held Friday, July 22, 2016, 2:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, Covington, with Rev. J. Clifton Brown officiating. Interment will follow in College Park Cemetery, 4600 North Adams Street, College Park, GA. Friends may visit with the family two hour prior to the service on Friday, from 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM.
