Peggy Morris of Conyers, passed away October 5, 2017, at the age of 74. Born to the late Delvard and Carrie Dolly Skelton, she was one of nine children. Of the Baptist faith, Mrs. Morris adored her family and was especially fond of her sons and grandchildren. When not outdoors planting flowers, she explored her creative side by making crafts. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Hollis L. Morris.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Mark and Angela Morris, Matthew Morris; grandchildren, Matthew, Jr., Jessica, Cassey, Austian, Marissa, Makayla; and great-grandchildren, Addison, Dakota.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Morris will be held Monday, October 9, 2017, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road in Covington, with Pastor Cecil Morris officiating and interment following in Corinth Memorial Gardens.
