obit for Mr. Richardson

 

 

Jesse (Pap) Len Richardson, age 76, of Covington, passed away February 21, 2018. Mr. Richardson retired from Miller Grading, where he worked as a heavy machine operator. He liked to be outside, working in the yard, but his greatest passion was restoring antique cars. Mr. Richardson will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bufford and Arvaleah (Green) Richardson; and brother, James Richardson.

 

Survivors include his devoted wife of 47 years, Juanita J. Richardson; daughters and son-in-law, Joyce "Dee Dee" and Ross Gambino, Virginia Spalter; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby L. and Mary Richardson; 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 

A private family gathering for Mr. Richardson will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Jesse L. Richardson.
