Billy Waters of Covington, passed away September 13, 2018, at the age of 68. Survivors include his adoring wife of 44 years, Carolyn Waters; daughter, Christie Waters; sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Treasa Waters, Brandon Waters; grandchildren, Madeline Waters, Sophia Waters, Miles Waters, Mason Waters; sisters and brother-in-law, Elizabeth Parker, Francis Dodd, Hester and Lovell Coe, Patricia Nation; as well as several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service for Billy will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2018, 4:00 P.M., at Newton Baptist Church, 720 Jack Neely Road, in Covington, with Pastor Tony Howeth officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington. Friends may visit with the family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, Monday, September 17, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
