Robert O. Morgan of Covington, passed away July 20, 2013, at the age of 78. Mr. Morgan was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his brother, Milton Morgan.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Bill Carson of Chattanooga, TN; sister-in-law, Frances Morgan of Winston, GA; nephew, Morgan Smith, and his wife, Lisa, of Chattanooga, TN; and great-niece, Elizabeth Ann Smith.
A Graveside Service for Mr. Morgan will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2013, 3:00 PM, at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, Covington, Wednesday, July 24, from 2:00 – 2:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 4002018, Des Moines, IA 50340-2018. www.redcross.org.
