Ileen K. Troxell of Covington, passed away on September 20, 2015, at the age of 68. Ileen loved her family dearly and cherished the time spent with her daughter and grandsons. She always enjoyed traveling back home to Tennessee and going to the beach for vacation. Ileen delighted in being with her friends and she never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Mary Alice (Arnold) Skelton.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 33 years, Ranny L. Troxell; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and David Dixon of Church Hill, TN; grandsons, Elijah B. Dixon, Nathaniel S. Dixon; sister, Iva Nell Keys of Church Hill, TN.
A Memorial Service for Ileen will be held Friday, September 25, 2015, 5:00 PM, at Eastridge Community Church, 863 Highway 142, in Covington, with Pastor Scott Moore officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Salvation Army of Newton County, P.O. Box 1044, Covington, GA 30015.
