James Oneal Adams, of Covington, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021, at the age of 68. Mr. Adams was a Police Officer for the City of Covington where he later worked in their I.T. department. He enjoyed being a homebody, working outside in his garden, and had a special place in his heart for animals. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, William Carl and Ethel Melin Nixon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 40 years, Melinda Adams; brothers, Danial Adams, Nick Nixon; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Visitation for Mr. Adams will be held Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M.
