William "Bill" Faith

OBITUARY

William "Bill" Faith of Covington, passed away July 9, 2018, at 69 years of age. A veteran of the United States Army, Bill proudly and dutifully served his country during the Vietnam War. His favorite pastimes reflected his love of the outdoors. Bill enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, hunting, fishing, and working in the yard. He also liked to do projects and home improvements. Affectionately known to his grandchildren as "PawPaw", Bill adored his grandkids and loved cheering them on at ballgames. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be remembered for his much-loved saying, "If you can't do something right, don't do it at all!" Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas Eugene and Margorie (Ford) Faith.

 

Survivors include loving wife of 40 years, Patricia Faith; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Jeremy White; son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Angie Faith; grandchildren, RJ, Desirae, Miranda, Robert; sister, Patty Busbee; brother, Allen Faith; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 

A Funeral Service for Mr. Bill will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2018, 2:00 P.M, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Billy Sheppard and Johnny Jordan officiating and interment following in Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, in Stockbridge. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, Tuesday, July 10th, from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
