Anthony Mitchell, of Conyers, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020, at the age of 21. Anthony was a tenderhearted and caring soul who had a genuine concern for the well-being of others. In his free time, he liked to be outside, and fishing was one of his favorite ways to enjoy nature. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Michelle Goss; grandmother, Janet Chandler; and grandfather, Harold Goss.
Anthony's memory will forever remain in the hearts of his father and step-mother, Isaac and Sharon Mitchell; sisters, Candice Mitchell Tiffany Cribb; brother, Andrew Mitchell; grandmother, Frances Goss; grandfather, Odis Mitchell; niece, Caroline Covington; and nephew, KJ Mitchell.
A Memorial Service for Anthony will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020, 2:00 PM, at Gospel Mission Church, 755 Almon Road, in Covington, with Pastor Wayne Whitley officiating.
