Betty Palmer, of Jenkinsburg, Georgia, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021, at the age of 92. Ms. Palmer loved the outdoors. She enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers and tomatoes, as well as cutting her grass. Ms. Palmer adored her three cats, Cali, Coco, and Midnight.
