Cora Elizabeth Hays Dennis, of Mansfield, passed away January 4, 2013, at the age of 90. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian H. (Bow) Dennis; and parents William Penn and Irene Elizabeth (Goins) Hays.

 

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy Dennis and Tom Underdown of Winter Springs, FL; son, W. Michael Dennis of Longwood, FL; grandchildren, Meghan Dennis Sabotin and husband, Jason; Jenny Dennis Carey and husband, Jack; Karin Underdown; and great-grandson, Edward William Corey.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Dennis will be held Monday, January 7, 2013, 11:00 AM, at First Baptist Church, in Covington with Rev.                   officiating, and interment following in Carmel Cemetery, in Mansfield. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, Sunday, from 3:30 to 6:00 PM.  Flowers accepted or donations may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 1139 Usher Street, Covington, GA, 30014.
