Raymond Carl Hallford of Oxford, passed away February 27, 2014, at the age of 49. Raymond enjoyed playing basketball when he was younger, and creating spectacular firework shows on the 4th of July. He loved life, adored his family, and cherished his time with them – especially during the holidays. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jo (Alexander) Hallford.
Survivors include his father, Amos Carl Hallford; brothers and sisters, Rick Hallford and Dan Callahan, all of Oxford, Cheryl and Lamar Knight of Conyers, Michele and Albert Morvik of Newborn, Randy and Tonya Hallford of Oxford; grandson, Ricky Chaffin of Conyers; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service for Raymond will be held Monday, March 3, 2014, 2:00 PM, at Eastview Cemetery at Eastlake, 4th Avenue, in Atlanta, with Pastor Gary Thompson officiating.
