Margaret Mann Corley of Covington, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at the age of 71. Mrs. Corley was of the Christian faith and dedicated to a lifelong spiritual journey. She was honest and straightforward and known to her friends and family as a philosopher who happily gave advice to others. Mrs. Corley had many interests including painting, sewing and genealogy. She will be deeply missed as a loving and attentive wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Corley was preceded in death by her parents, Hoke and Runell Mann; and brother, Jerry Minton.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 55 years, Otis L. Corley, Jr.; daughters and son-in-law, Terri Thompson, Tammy and Jody Nolan; sons and daughters-in-law, Robby and Dottie Corley, Larry and Cassey Corley; grandchildren, T.J., Josh, Jeremy, Kirstie, Olivia, Reed, Noah; great-grandchildren, Kailynd, Rhea, Rhett, Major, Iris; sisters, Shirley, Allene; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Sallie Mann; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for Mrs. Corley will be held Thursday, March 14, 2019, 1:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, with Mr. Jody Nolan and Mrs. Cassey Corley officiating. Friends may visit with Mrs. Corley's family at the funeral home, two hours prior to the service, from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
