Harry (Len) Colbert of Covington, passed away December 7, 2016, at the age of 72. Until his death, Mr. Colbert owned and operated C&C Printing along with his wife, Gloria. He was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed guitar and banjo music -- even being known for making guitars. Mr. Colbert, a loving husband, father and grandfather, was also one who never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Harry and Clarise Elizabeth (Milligan) Colbert.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Gloria H. Colbert; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy Lynn and David McKinley of Covington; grandchildren, Vance C. Bevil, Caitlin Cales, Scott McKinley; brother and sister-in-law, James Phillip and Debra Colbert of Covington; nieces and nephews, Shane Colbert, Sherri Anglin, Tracy Phillips, Shelia Smith, Chris Cannon; his furry friend, Sudie.
Funeral Services for Mr. Colbert will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Robert Nash officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington.
Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, Friday, December 9, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
