Jamie Finch of Newborn, passed away December 7, 2016, at the age of 52. Mr. Finch was the owner/operator of Ace & A Refrigeration where he enjoyed interacting with his customers and everyone he encountered. He attended Belmont Baptist Church, and was a follower of politics. Mr. Finch loved his mother and family, and his German Shepard, Abby. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Abe Entz; maternal grandparents, Mike and Kathleen Mayes.
Survivors include his mother, Maureen (Mayes) Entz; sisters and brother-in-law, Shannon and Al Hoke of Tucker, GA; Kelly Coley of Newborn, GA; nieces, April Thomas, Ashley Burke, Lauren Chambers; nephew, Joshua Thomas.
Funeral Services for Mr. Finch will be held Thursday, December 15, 2016, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Nolan Jackson and Pastor Doug Cox officiating and entombment following in Memory Chapel Mausoleum in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home Wednesday, December 14, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Belmont Baptist Church Building Fund, or Damascus Road Recovery, P.O. Box 1555, Covington, GA, 30015, www.damascusroadrecovery.org.
