Joseph "Mike" Coggins of Covington, passed away April 27, 2017, at 63 years of age. Whether shooting or hunting, Mr. Coggins relished being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Coggins.
Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Michelle Carter of Buford, and Tricia and Norris Cook of Oxford; grandchildren, Leslie Young, Robbie Miller, David Carter, Jr., and Caleb Cook; great-grandchildren, Karson Coltharp and Aubrey Carter; mother, Evelyn Hardee of Conyers;
brothers and sisters-in-law, Mitch Coggins of Atlanta, Rick and Sherrell Coggins of Stone Mountain, Steve and Denice Coggins of Monroe and Bobby and Keri Coggins of Cumming; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Mr. Coggins will be held Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Caldwell & Caldwell Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
