Peggy Welch Gainer, of Covington, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019, at the age of 92.
A Funeral Service for Mrs. Gainer will be held Thursday, May 16, 2019, 3:00 P.M., at Covington First United Methodist Church, 1113 Conyers Street NW, in Covington, with Rev. Dr. Douglas Gilreath, Rev. Dr. Jan McCoy and Rev. Dr. Royeese Stowe officiating. Interment will follow in Covington City Cemetery, Davis Street, in Covington. Friends may visit with Mrs. Gainer's family at the church, two hours hour prior to the service, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covington First United Methodist Church.
