Norris Davidson of Covington, GA, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at the age of 45. Norris moved to the United States in the 80's, where he learned to become an auto mechanic. Being a hard worker and having a heart of gold, he made a huge impact on everyone that he met. Norris was a jokester and enjoyed living life to the fullest, whether it was being outdoors fishing, working on cars, or inside watching westerns and cooking. He was proud of his culture. His family was everything to him, and he loved spending time with them. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Joseph A. Dickson.
Survivors include his wife, Lasaiah (Zaya) Davidson; daughters, Naya Davidson, Najya Davidson; parents, Royston Adams and Vilma Davidson; sisters, Glysis Semple, Shonneel Davidson; brother, Ronald Grant; mother-in-law, Gretchen Davidson; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A Funeral Service for Norris will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, two hours prior to his service, from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M.
