Myron Shields of Conyers, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019, at the age of 96. Mr. Shields was a dedicated member of Rockdale Baptist Church for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 72 years, Catherine Shields.
Survivors include his two daughters; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service for Mr. Shields will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2019, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington with Ben Reynolds officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, a half hour prior to his service, from 10:30 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
