Robert King Oxford, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017, at the age of 59. Mr. King was a loving family man. He enjoyed trips to the beach and the mountains. In addition to being a Georgia Bulldogs fan, Mr. King loved listening to classic rock music – usually while sitting on the front porch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Helen (Barnes) King.
Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Lindsey and Bhrett Blankenship of Covington, Jessica Blackwell of Monticello; son and daughter-in-law, Josh and Amber Mattison, Monticello; grandchildren, Payton Harwood, Lance Blackwell, Morgan Blackwell, Cayden Mitchell, Eli Mattison, Gabriel Blankenship, Juliette Blankenship, Scarlett Mattison; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and John Kasper of Covington; brother, Leon King, Oxford.
