Brenda McDonald, of Covington, passed away December 15, 2013, at the age of 68. She was employed by The Bank of Covington for over 20 years in the accounting department. She enjoyed shopping and taking care of her family. Brenda was preceded in death by her son, Ansel McDonald; parents, Charlie "Freck" and Kathryn Hanson; and brother, Bobby Hanson.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne McDonald of Covington; sons and daughter-in-law, Steven and Gina McDonald of Rutledge, Charlie McDonald of Newborn; grandson, Zach McDonald; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Debra Hanson of Oxford, Tony and Linda Hanson of Jersey; several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service for Brenda will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2013, 11:30 AM, at Lawnwood Memorial Park, in Covington, with Rev. Todd Heil officiating. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, Tuesday, December 17, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
