Sandra Smith of Mansfield passed away November 30, 2013, at the age of 69. Mrs. Smith worked 48 years for Yates Insurance Agency as an agent and office manager. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed reading especially at the beach and was an avid NASCAR fan. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents Branson Farr and Jessie Dean Smith; grandson, James Harley Smith; great-grandson, Justin Chase Moon; sister, Betty Faye Smith.
Survivors include her daughter, Judi Smith of Conyers, brother and sister-in-law, Charles Randall and Pamela Smith of Decatur, IL; grandchildren, Brandi Moon, Sherri Nelson; great-grandchildren, Simberli, Bryan, Tristan, Dakota; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Smith will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2013, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with ________________ officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, December 3, 2013, one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.
