Ralph Marion Hurndon, of Jonesboro, passed away December 11, 2013, at the age of 83.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, working in his yard, and he loved his dog, FiFi.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James Simmon and Eva Mae (Fields) Hurndon.

 

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Doug Moore of Stockbridge; son, Johnny Hurndon of Greensboro; grandchildren, Jennifer Hurndon, Chris and Jennifer Harrison, Brittany and James Tidwell; great-grandchildren, Maryah Sorrow, Seth Sorrow, Cameron Harrison, Kylie Harrison, Kadin Harrison, Ryder Tidwell, Stormie Tidwell and one on the way; sister, Shirley Roberts of Conyers; brother, Joe Hurndon of McDonough; sister-in-law, Barbara Hurndon of Conyers.

 

A Graveside Service for Mr. Hurndon will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2013, 4:00 PM, at Smyrna Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Hwy 212, in Conyers with Rev. Floyd Henderson officiating.
