Donnie Spiva, of Jackson, passed away November 14, 2013, at the age of 67. He enjoyed fishing, watching TV and cutting grass. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence G. Spiva and Sara Hazel McMillian.
Survivors include his daughters, Wendy Howell of Jackson, Tammy Spiva of New Cumberland, West Virginia; son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Brandi Spiva of Jackson; grandchildren, Amber Howell, Haley Howell, Jaina Spiva; sister and brother-in-law, Lydia and Joe Hale of Jackson; brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Peggy Spiva of Covington; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services for Mr. Spiva will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2013, 3:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, November 18, from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
