Larry Leon Harrington, of Covington, passed away on March 7, 2014, at the age of 59. He was born on September 4, 1954, to Helen T. Harrington and Leon Troy Harrington at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Larry is survived by Barbara Burdette; mother, Helen Harrington; sister, Wanda Wortham; brother-in-law, Chris Wortham; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services for Larry will be held Monday, March 10, 2014, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, with Dr. Ken Cook officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Monday, March 10, one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Wounded Warriors Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
